#37 - sacred forest

The forest was born as a tribute to a city, Pietrasanta, to its territory, and to the material that has made it famous all over the world: marble.
The layout is simple, a square base on which 9 crosses are placed (“blooming”), rotated alternately. This creates paths and hiding places, plays of light and shadow, which vary throughout the day, as in a three-dimensional sundial.
